Eviction Cleanout
In Oakbrook Terrace
When a tenant leaves everything behind, we clear the whole unit in one trip so you get it back on the market fast. Text us a few photos for a price.
Clear the unit and re-rent sooner
A tenant who leaves owes you nothing but a mess, and every day that mess sits is a day the unit earns nothing. We handle the part after the keys are turned over: furniture, bagged trash, a kitchen full of odds and ends, whatever got abandoned. You tell us you have legal possession and control of the unit, and we clear what is inside it. One crew, one visit, floors swept so your turn crew can walk straight in.
Oakbrook Terrace sits right off I-88 and Route 83 next to Oak Brook, so we reach your property quick from Plainfield. The town's hauler runs the regular curbside route here and will take bulk items at no charge, but each pickup has to be scheduled ahead and two workers are often needed per piece. A whole left-behind unit is far more than one scheduled bulk visit, so curbside means weeks of callbacks before the place is empty. We clear all of it the same day instead.
What we pull out of a left-behind unit
Furniture
Couches, beds, dressers and tables the tenant walked away from, carried out whole so your walls and trim stay intact.
Mattresses and bedding
Old mattresses, box springs and piles of bedding, loaded and taken for proper disposal.
Appliances
Washers, fridges, window units and stoves left in place, disconnected and hauled off.
Household trash
Bagged garbage, loose clothing and the random leftovers that fill a unit after a move-out.
Closets and storage
Packed closets, a stuffed storage locker or a balcony full of junk, emptied down to bare space.
Full-unit clears
Studio to multi-bedroom, we price the whole load so the unit is turnkey for your cleaners.
How an eviction cleanout works
Call or text once you have the unit back and send a few photos if you can. We quote the whole load by the space it takes in our trailer, and the price we quote is the price you pay, no hourly clock. Our crew does every bit of the lifting and carrying, so you do not touch a thing. Usable furniture gets donated and metal and cardboard get recycled, which keeps your name out of a landfill story.
- Priced by the load, nothing added later
- Same-day when the schedule allows
- We do all the lifting
- Insured, proof available on request
- Usable items donated
- Floors left broom-clean
