What We Do Not Do

We are a light demolition and cleanup crew, not a wrecking contractor. Structural work, anything involving load-bearing walls, and whole-building demolition are jobs for a licensed demolition contractor, and we will tell you that plainly rather than take a job we should not. Same with suspected asbestos in an older floor tile or pipe wrap: that needs a licensed abatement contractor first, and we will pause and point you in the right direction rather than disturb it.
