Restaurant Cleanout
in Palatine
We clear a closed Palatine restaurant or bar after hours when needed, so the space is empty without the daytime disruption.
Clearing a Palatine restaurant after hours
Sometimes a restaurant has to be cleared without disturbing the block during the day, especially downtown. We work that way. Our crew comes in after close, pulls the refrigeration and the cooking line, clears the dining room and the bar, and loads it all onto the trucks before morning. You wake up to an empty, swept space instead of a day of noise and parked trucks out front.
Palatine keeps a lively downtown of bars and restaurants around its Metra station, with more dining along Rand Road, Dundee Road and Northwest Highway. We reach Palatine up I-355 to Route 53, so landing a crew at a restaurant here is a normal run for us. We schedule around the street and the neighbors, working evenings and overnight whenever the space has to stay out of the way during business hours.
What we clear from a Palatine restaurant
Refrigeration
Walk-in coolers, freezers and reach-ins come out with their shelving, disconnected by the crew.
Cooking line
Fryers, ranges, ovens and the hoods above them are pulled and hauled off.
Dish and prep stations
Dish machines, sinks and stainless prep tables are carried out of the kitchen.
Dining furniture
Booths, tables, chairs and dividers leave together, including fixed seating.
Bar fixtures
The bar, back-bar coolers, taps and shelving are cleared so the room opens up.
Storage and decor
Dry-storage shelving, smallwares, signage and office leftovers go in one haul.
How a Palatine cleanout works
Send photos or meet us for a quick walk-through, and we quote the whole clear-out at one number. We charge by the load, so the number holds with no hourly rate and nothing added at the end. Our crew does all the lifting and we run the job overnight when the block needs the daytime kept clear. Equipment in good shape is donated, metal and stainless are recycled, and the floor is swept before we leave.

Yes. We schedule evenings and overnight so a downtown block stays clear during the day. Call (815) 240-0735 to set it up.
We do. The walk-in, the cooking line, the bar and all the back-bar fixtures come out as part of the job.
No. Palatine's clean-up week keeps out commercial remodeling refuse and appliances, so a full restaurant kitchen has to be hauled privately.
Along with Palatine we cover Arlington Heights, Rolling Meadows, Schaumburg, Hoffman Estates and Rosemont, all on our regular route.
