Hoarding Cleanouts
in Palatine
Clearing a hoarded home takes many loads and a crew that treats you right. We do the heavy lifting and haul out everything you no longer need.
Steady Help, Start to Finish
Hoarding fills a home a little at a time until one day the rooms are simply gone. Getting them back feels impossible from the inside and is very doable with the right crew. We clear the house in order, pause whenever you need to look at something, and never make the family feel judged for how it got here.
Palatine sits along Route 53, Northwest Highway, and Rand Road in northwest Cook County, an easy trip up Route 53. The village's curbside program caps construction and heavy debris at about two cubic yards a week and schedules anything large separately, which is far short of what a filled home holds. A real cleanout needs trailers and crew, and we bring enough to finish it in days instead of weeks.
What We Clear in a Hoarding Cleanout
Full, blocked rooms
Spaces packed past the doorway. We open a safe path and then clear the room to the floor.
Mixed belongings and trash
The blend of keepsakes and junk a hoarded home holds, sorted carefully as we load.
Debris and flooring
Old carpet, padding, and remodeling debris cut, bundled, and hauled past the usual weekly limits.
Furniture and mattresses
Couches, frames, and mattresses carried out whole with your home protected.
Spoiled and unsanitary material
Rotted food and soiled items cleared with proper gear and no comment.
Valuables returned
Documents, photos, and small treasures set aside and handed back before haul-off.
How We Handle It
Text photos or describe the home and we quote the job by the load before we lift anything. Our crew carries every item out for you at a comfortable pace. We set keepsakes aside, route usable goods to donation, and recycle metal and cardboard as we work. You are left with clear, swept rooms and the price we gave you at the start.
- All lifting and hauling handled by us
- Keepsakes flagged and returned to you
- Quiet work, no judgment
- However many loads the home needs
- Quoted by the load, nothing added later
- Donations given, metal recycled
