Property Cleanouts
in Burr Ridge
Estate, downsizing, and pre-sale cleanouts handled with care. Onit clears the whole property so a Burr Ridge home is ready to list, pass to the next owner, or hand back, without you lifting a thing.
Full Property Cleanouts, Handled Start to Finish
Burr Ridge is known for its custom estates and spacious lots, and behind many of those homes changing hands is a property that needs to be emptied first, often at a much larger scale than a typical suburban house. A family home changing hands after decades of ownership, a custom estate being prepared for its next owner, a listing near Burr Ridge Village Center that has to show clean by the weekend, each one comes with rooms full of belongings that have to go before the next step can happen. Onit Junk Removal, based just minutes away in Plainfield, clears them completely and on your timeline.
We do the whole job: sorting, hauling, and a broom-clean finish. You don't rent a dumpster, line up movers, or make repeated trips to the transfer station. We show up with the truck and the crew, give you the price before we begin, and leave the property empty and ready for photos, showings, or the next owner.

Discreet, Compassionate Service
Property cleanouts are rarely just about the stuff. An estate cleanout often follows a death in the family or a difficult transition for aging parents. Our crew works quietly and respectfully, without judgment and without an audience. We can meet an out-of-town family member or an attorney, work from a keep-and-donate list, and photograph the finished space so executors and estate managers have the documentation they need.
Usable furniture, housewares, and clothing are donated to area charities whenever possible, and we recycle metal, electronics, and cardboard rather than sending everything to the landfill. If a home has furniture worth keeping for the next owner, we work around it, take a look at our apartment cleanouts for smaller-unit turnovers on the property.
