Property Cleanouts
in Plainfield
Estate, foreclosure, eviction, and rental turnovers handled with care. Onit clears the whole property and leaves it broom-clean, working at your pace, on your timeline.
Clearing a Property Is Rarely Just About the Stuff
A property cleanout often lands in the middle of a hard chapter: a parent has passed, a tenant has left a unit trashed, a family is finally letting go of the home they grew up in. Onit Junk Removal understands that. We're a local crew based in Plainfield, and when we walk into a home to clear it, we do it quietly, respectfully, and without judgment. This is more than a haul-away to us.
We work with realtors preparing a listing, landlords turning over a rental, executors settling an estate, and families who simply need the space emptied so they can move forward. You tell us what stays and what goes, we handle every bit of the lifting and loading, and we leave the property swept out and ready for whatever comes next.
Cleanouts We Handle

Whole-House Cleanouts
Attic to basement, garage to shed, the entire property emptied in one coordinated job.
How We Approach Every Cleanout
No two properties are the same, and neither is any family's situation. Some clients want us in and out in a day; others need time to walk through and set aside keepsakes, documents, and heirlooms first. We move at whatever speed feels right. Usable furniture, appliances, and household goods are donated to local charities, and we recycle metal, electronics, and cardboard wherever possible, so far less ends up in a landfill than you'd expect.
If a cleanout uncovers deeper challenges, such as extreme junk or long-term neglect, we also handle hoarding cleanouts and full apartment cleanouts with the same discretion.
