Debris Gone So the Finish Work Can Start

Every build and remodel leaves a pile behind. Cut-off lumber, drywall scrap, flooring and tile offcuts, busted packaging, empty pallets, and the general debris of a job site stack up fast and get in the way of the finish trades. We haul all of it off so the space is clear for paint, trim, and the final walk-through. We work for general contractors, remodelers, and homeowners finishing a project.

Based in Plainfield, we serve job sites across the southwest suburbs, from new subdivisions to gut remodels in established neighborhoods, reaching them off I-55, I-355, and Route 59. We can come once at the end or swing back through a long project to keep the site clear as the work moves along. One honest note: we haul the construction debris and clear the space, we are not the final janitorial crew that does the detail and polish clean.

What We Clear From the Site

Lumber and Offcuts

Cut-off studs, trim scrap, plywood, and OSB ends hauled off so the framing waste is not underfoot.

Drywall Scrap

Broken sheets, cut-offs, and the dust-covered pile from hanging and finishing drywall get loaded and removed.

Flooring and Tile Waste

Carpet and pad scraps, tile and backer offcuts, and the boxes they came in all leave the site.

Packaging and Cardboard

The mountain of boxes, foam, shrink wrap, and banding from new fixtures and materials cleared out in bulk.

Pallets and Crates

Empty pallets, crates, and shipping dunnage that pile up delivery after delivery, hauled away together.

General Site Debris

Busted buckets, used masking, scrap metal, and the loose junk that collects on any job site swept up and loaded.

How Post-Construction Cleanup Works

Send photos of the site or tell us the stage of the project and we quote a flat price to clear the debris. We show up when the trades are done, or on a schedule through a longer job, and load the lumber, drywall, packaging, and pallets onto the dump trailer. We leave the space clear and swept of the big debris so your finishers and cleaners can take over. The price is the one we quoted, with no hourly clock.

FAQ

Post-Construction Cleanup
Questions

No, and we are clear about that. We haul off the construction debris and clear the big mess so the finish work can happen. The final detail and polish clean of floors, glass, and surfaces is a separate janitorial job.

Yes. On bigger builds we schedule repeat visits so debris does not pile up and slow the trades down. Set it up when you call (815) 240-0735.

Both. We clear debris for general contractors and remodelers and for homeowners wrapping up their own project. The flat-price approach is the same either way.

You pay for the space the debris takes up on the trailer, quoted as a flat price before we start. Text photos to (815) 240-0735 for a fast number, with no hourly billing.
