Estate Cleanouts
in Itasca
A whole-house cleanout is a lot to take on during a tough stretch. Lean on our crew for the heavy, physical side of it.
Estate Cleanouts in Itasca
Taking apart a family home is one of the last and hardest tasks after a loss or a big move. Whether a parent has passed, moved into care, or simply decided to downsize, the rooms are full and the feelings run deep. We come to Itasca to carry the weight of it, literally, handling every item so the family can focus on choices instead of boxes. There is no rush; we move at the pace you set.
A full estate clearing is more than any weekly curbside route here can absorb, because that service is sized for a household's regular trash and takes a single manageable bulk item on pickup day, not an entire house. Itasca's established streets near Irving Park Road and the Spring Brook area hold long-owned homes with packed basements and garages. We reach Itasca via I-355 up to I-290, and we show up with a dump trailer built to clear the whole house in one trip. If the schedule has room, same-day is often doable.
What We Clear in an Estate Cleanout
Entire Home Cleanouts
Every space emptied in sequence and left clean, from the top floor to the lowest level.
Furniture, Large and Small
Couches, wardrobes, tables, and mattresses carried out safely through the home's tight spots.
Appliances
Refrigerators, ranges, washers, and dryers unhooked and hauled, the old ones too.
Stored Paper and Keepsakes
Decades of files, photos, and boxes worked through so the family loses nothing that counts.
Garage and Workshop
Benches, tools, ladders, and years of stored gear removed along with the house.
Donate and Recycle
Usable goods delivered to donation; metal and cardboard pulled out for recycling.
How an Itasca Cleanout Works
Send a few photos by text or give us a call, and a price for the load comes right back. The day of, we walk through with the family and leave alone anything you want to keep, give to relatives, or donate. Everything else goes on the trailer, off to the proper facility, and we sweep up after ourselves. One number, based on the space the load takes, with no hourly billing and nothing extra at the end.
- A single load price, quoted up front
- Heavy work is on us
- Donations and keepers held back
- Covered and insured start to finish
- Locally owned, no corporate script
- Same-day when the calendar allows
