Once the surface is clear we cut out the joists and the ledger board and carry the framing away down to bare ground.

We pull the posts and dig out the concrete footings where the soil cooperates, leaving a flat spot for whatever comes next.
Nail & debris cleanup
Decks leave a layer of nails, screws, and wood scrap. We rake the area and haul the mess so the spot is safe to walk on.
Attached pergolas & benches
Built-in benches, planters, and a pergola over the top come down with the rest. One crew, one trip, the structure gone.
