Apartment Cleanouts
in Carol Stream
We clear Carol Stream rentals from the furniture down to the junk drawer, carry it all out ourselves, and leave the unit clean for the next tenant.
One-Trip Rental Clearouts
Turning a rental between tenants means clearing a whole unit, not sweeping a floor. There is usually a sofa, a bed set, a kitchen table, and cabinets full of what the last tenant left. Our crew brings the truck and the muscle, carries all of it out, and loads it so you can get the paint and carpet people in. You never touch the heavy stuff.
Here the village hauls bulk only by appointment and charges per item once it hits 50 pounds, so a full unit sits until someone moves it. We come up I-355 and cut west toward North Avenue and County Farm Road to reach Carol Stream, and we can often fit you in same day when the schedule allows. We price the job by the load up front, and that quote is what you pay.
What Goes Out of Your Carol Stream Rental
Landlord Turnovers
On the turn between leases, we strip the unit of furniture and leftovers so it shows clean.
Sofas and Sectionals
A sectional that will not fit the stairwell still comes out in our hands, piece by piece.
Bed Frames and Mattresses
We break down and carry out beds so they never block the hallway.
Kitchen Leftovers
Dishes, small appliances, and a pantry of abandoned food all leave with the load.
Old Appliances
A left-behind washer, dryer, or fridge goes out with everything else in one visit.
Donation and Recycling
Good furniture goes to donation, and the metal and boxes get recycled.
How We Clear Your Carol Stream Unit
Text us a few photos and we price the unit flat, so you know the cost before we arrive. We book around your turnover and bring a crew sized to carry the whole unit out in one pass. Anything usable is donated, and the metal and cardboard are recycled. In most cases the unit is empty and ready the same day.
- Priced by the load, never by the hour
- Every piece carried out by our crew
- Booked around your turnover
- Good furniture goes to donation
- Scrap metal and boxes recycled
- Family-run and fully insured
