Taking down an above-ground pool is heavier work than it looks, which is why so many sit in the yard for years. The walls rust or crack, the liner fills with murky water, and the deck boards go soft underfoot. What Comes Out With the Pool
Walls and Uprights
The wall sheet, posts and top rails come down in sections. We knock them apart and load the metal for recycling.
Liner and Water
We drain the pool first, then cut the heavy, silt-filled liner loose and haul it off with the rest.
Deck and Stairs
The deck platform and stairs that wrapped the pool, usually rotting by now, come out in the same visit.
Pump and Plumbing
The filter pump, sand canister and all the hoses are disconnected and taken along.
Base Sand and Pad
The sand base and any foam padding left under the liner get cleared so you have bare ground.
Ladder and Covers
The ladder, safety fence, solar cover and leftover pool gear all go on the trailer too.
