Treadmill & Gym Equipment Removal
in Willowbrook
A treadmill out of the basement is a two-person job on the stairs. We are the two people, and more.
The machine that stopped getting used
Exercise gear is simple to buy and a pain to remove, and the pain is all in the weight and the stairs. A treadmill, a cable machine or a loaded barbell set is heavy and low to the ground, and a solo carry up a flight is how walls get scuffed and backs get hurt. We take treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, rowers, benches, home gyms and all the free weights, and our crew does the carrying.
Willowbrook's weekly curbside is built for ordinary household refuse and recycling, so a three-hundred-pound machine out of a lower level is your own problem to solve. We serve Willowbrook off I-55 and Route 83 near Waterfall Glen and Burr Ridge, so we come to the room it is in, pad the corners and railings, and take the whole setup in one load.
Gym equipment we take in Willowbrook
Treadmills
Folding and full-size decks. We carry from the frame so the belt and console stay whole for donation.
Ellipticals & cross-trainers
Tall and front-heavy. We take the mast off the base so each half clears the stair turns.
Rowers & stair climbers
Tanks drained and rails folded. Climbers come apart into pieces one person can manage.
Benches & functional trainers
Adjustable benches and cable stations. The stack and pins come out before the frame moves.
Plates, dumbbells & bars
Cast and bumper plates, hex dumbbells, bars and the rack. We shoulder all of the weight.
Smith machines & power cages
Bolted steel that never cleared the door whole. We take it to parts and carry it up in order.
How we clear it in Willowbrook
Text a photo and the room it is in and we quote one flat price for the whole job. You pay by the load, the quote holds, and nothing is added at the end or billed by the hour. The crew does the lifting, the stairs and any disassembly the doorway needs, then loads out and leaves the floor clean. Working gear is donated and the steel and electronics are recycled.
- One flat price, quoted up front
- All lifting handled by our crew
- Lower-level and upstairs rooms
- Corners and railings protected
- Family-run and fully insured
- Donate the usable, recycle the steel
