Storage Unit Cleanout
In Westmont
Show us your keepers and step back. We clear the unit and sweep it out so you can hand the keys back today.
One trip, unit emptied, rent stopped
A storage unit fills up fast and empties slow, unless someone else does the hauling. We do. You meet our crew at the facility, point out anything you still want, and we load and carry out the rest. From the heavy couch in back to the wall of boxes, our crew handles it all. You get one flat price for the load and we set it before we lift a thing.
Westmont sits in DuPage County near I-88, Cass Avenue and the BNSF line, and we come in from Plainfield on a quick run up the interstate. The town's hauler collects trash here and takes one bulk item free per week, with heavier pieces charged and extra items needing three stickers each. Clearing a full unit that way would drag on for weeks at a piece at a time. We load the entire unit in one visit instead.
What we clear from storage
Couches and chairs
The old set that went into storage after a move. We carry each piece out whole.
Mattresses
Stored flat for years and ready to go. Clean ones are routed to donation where they take them.
Boxes and files
Years of packed cartons and paperwork. We clear the whole stack in one pass.
Appliances
A spare fridge, washer or dryer in the corner. The metal gets recycled, not dumped.
Furniture overflow
Tables, dressers, headboards and the pieces that never fit the new home. All loaded for you.
Totes and clutter
Plastic bins, decorations and the general pile. One load takes the lot.
How we empty it
Text us a photo of the unit or tell us what is inside and we quote a flat price by the load, never by the hour. We agree on a time, meet you at the facility, and you show us the keepers. Our crew loads everything else and sweeps the floor, all in one trip. Be on site to open the unit, since we do not cut locks or clear a unit you cannot access.
- Flat price by the load, no hourly clock
- We meet you at the storage facility
- All lifting and loading by our crew
- Floor swept before we leave
- Usable goods donated, metal and cardboard recycled
- Family-run and insured, never a franchise
