Storage Unit Cleanout
In Montgomery
Stop the monthly charge. We empty your Montgomery storage unit in one visit and leave it swept and ready to close out.
A unit that stopped being useful
A storage unit keeps charging you long after it stopped being useful. One trip from our crew ends the charge. We do the lifting, loading, and sweeping while you keep anything that still matters, and you hand back an empty bay. The quote is by the load, set up front and held.
The town's hauler runs Montgomery's trash, and the village even defines a bulk item as anything larger than two by two by four feet or heavier than 50 pounds, the exact sort of thing that fills a unit. One or two of those a week is a long road for a whole bay. Montgomery sits along the Fox River near Oswego and Aurora with Orchard Road running through it, reached by our crew from Plainfield by way of Route 30, so we take the full load at once.
What comes out of a Montgomery unit
Oversized furniture
Sofas, stoves, and dressers that each count as a bulk item. We carry them out so you never lift them.
Mattress sets
Beds and box springs filling a wall of the bay. We load them and donate the usable ones.
Boxes and totes
Paper, bins, and seasonal gear you stopped opening. We clear the whole stack in one pass.
Appliances
A fridge or washer left in the unit. We take the weight and recycle the metal.
Garage and yard gear
Tools, bikes, and lawn equipment that moved into storage. We pull every bit of it.
Shelving and odds
Metal racks and loose items in the corners. We load it all and sweep the floor.
How a Montgomery cleanout works
Tell us the unit size or send a photo and we price it by the load, a flat number up front. We pick a time to meet you at the facility, since you have to hold access and the right to empty it. You mark the keepers, our crew carries out the rest, and we sweep the bay before leaving. Usable goods go to donation and metal and cardboard are recycled.
