Storage Unit Cleanout
In Frankfort
Point out what you want kept and we haul out the rest the same visit, then sweep the unit so you can return the keys.
Clear the unit in one trip
A storage unit often holds the leftovers of a move, a downsizing or an estate, and the monthly charge keeps going out while it sits. We empty the whole unit in one visit. You meet us at the facility, keep aside anything you want, and we carry out the rest, sweep the floor, and leave you ready to hand the keys to the office.
Frankfort sits along Route 30 and LaGrange Road near New Lenox and Mokena, its historic downtown close to Will County's main routes, with storage lots out near the highways. The town's hauler picks up at the curb on Mondays, but the limit is three cans and one large bulk item per week, and big loads are sent to rent a container. A full unit at one bulk item a week would stretch across months. We empty the unit in a single visit so you are not waiting it out.
What comes out of a Frankfort unit
Sofas and dressers
Couches, dressers and bookcases carried out whole. We bring the dollies and do the stairs.
Mattress sets
Mattresses and box springs loaded fast, with usable ones routed to donation.
Boxes and totes
Towers of sealed boxes and bins that never got unpacked, cleared in one sweep.
Appliances
Fridges, washers and dryers from the unit, hauled out and recycled where we can.
Exercise equipment
Treadmills, weight benches and bikes handled by our crew, stairs and all.
General junk
Old rugs, lamps and the pile in the back all go with no sorting on your part.
How we clear a Frankfort unit
Send a photo or the unit size and we quote a flat price by the load, not by the hour. We meet you at the facility on your schedule, you set aside what you keep, and the rest goes straight on the truck. Our crew does all the lifting and carrying, then sweeps the space. You pay the quoted price with nothing added later.
- You hold the access and rights; we do not cut locks
- All lifting and loading handled by us
- Flat price by the load, quoted up front
- Reached from Plainfield via I-80 and Route 30
- Usable items donated, metal and cardboard recycled
- Unit swept for the handover

Questions
Often same-day or next-day when the schedule allows. Frankfort is a straight run from Plainfield on I-80, so send a photo to (815) 240-0735 for a time and a load price.
No. You need access and the right to empty the unit, so arrange a key or a cut with the facility, and we handle the inside.
Frankfort's curbside service pickup takes just one large bulk item a week, and big loads are sent to rent a container. A full unit would stretch over months, so one trip from us is easier.
That is the kind of load the village sends to a rented container. We bring the truck to the unit and take it all at once instead.
Along with Frankfort we cover New Lenox, Mokena, Tinley Park and Joliet, all close for our crew.
