Storage Unit Cleanout
In Elmhurst
Meet us at the unit, show us what stays, and we load and haul the rest the same visit, then sweep the floor.
The whole unit, one visit
It is easy to keep paying for a storage unit long after you stopped using it. The furniture, the mattresses and the boxes are still inside, and the monthly charge keeps hitting your account. We empty the full unit in one visit. You meet us at the facility, keep aside anything you want, and we carry out the rest, sweep the floor, and leave you ready to hand the keys back.
Elmhurst sits near I-290 and I-294 with York Street through the center and storage lots out by the interstates. The town's hauler collects here on a sticker system, one sticker for every 50 pounds of furniture, mattress or carpet, and two stickers plus a scheduled pickup for each appliance. A unit packed with heavy pieces would be sticker after sticker over many weeks. We bring the truck to the storage door and take the whole load in one trip instead.
What comes out of an Elmhurst unit
Sofas and dressers
Couches, dressers and headboards carried out in one piece. The weight and the doorways are ours.
Mattress sets
Mattresses and box springs loaded fast, with usable ones routed to donation.
Boxes and totes
Towers of sealed boxes and bins that never got unpacked, cleared in one sweep.
Appliances
Fridges, washers and dryers parked in the unit, hauled out and recycled where we can.
Exercise gear
Treadmills, weight benches and bikes handled by our crew, stairs included.
General junk
Broken shelving, lamps and the pile in the back all go with no sorting from you.
How we clear an Elmhurst unit
Send a photo or the unit size and we quote a flat price by the load, not by the hour. We meet you at the facility on your schedule, you point out what you are keeping, and the rest goes on the truck. Our crew does all the lifting and carrying, then sweeps the unit. You pay the quoted price and nothing more.
- You keep access and rights; we never cut a lock
- All lifting and loading handled by us
- Flat price by the load, quoted up front
- Reached from Plainfield via I-55 and I-294
- Usable items donated, metal and cardboard recycled
- Floor swept for the handover

Questions
Often same-day or next-day when we have room. Send a photo to (815) 240-0735 and we will set a time and a price by the load.
You need to be there to flag what stays and must hold the right to empty the unit. We do not cut locks, so bring the key or have the facility open it.
Elmhurst's curbside service sticker system charges one sticker per 50 pounds and two plus a scheduled pickup per appliance. A full unit would be stickers for weeks, so we take it all in one trip.
Those need two stickers and a scheduled curb pickup each. We just carry the fridges and washers out with the rest and recycle them where we can.
Along with Elmhurst we cover Villa Park, Lombard, Oakbrook Terrace and Oak Brook, all close for our crew.
