Storage Unit Cleanout
In Clarendon Hills
Meet us at the unit, point out what you keep, and we haul the rest and sweep the floor the same visit.
One trip to empty the unit
A storage unit can outlast the reason you rented it by years. The move is long over, but the couch, the boxes and the old appliances are still in there, costing you every month. We clear the whole unit in a single visit. You meet us at the facility, keep aside anything you want, and we load out the rest, sweep the floor, and leave you ready to turn in the keys.
Clarendon Hills is a small DuPage village split by the BNSF Metra tracks, tucked between Hinsdale and Westmont, with storage facilities out along Route 83 and the nearby corridors. Curbside here runs through the curbside program, and the village does not publish a simple bulk-furniture program, so a storage unit's worth of furniture is not what the regular pickup is built to handle. Rather than sort out stickers and special pickups piece by piece, you can have us meet you at the unit and clear it in one visit.
What comes out of the unit
Sofas and dressers
Couches, dressers and bookcases carried out whole. We bring the muscle and the dollies.
Mattress sets
Mattresses and box springs loaded quickly, with usable ones sent to donation.
Moving boxes
Towers of boxes and lidded totes that never got unpacked, cleared in one pass.
Appliances
Old fridges, washers and dryers from the unit, hauled out and recycled where we can.
Exercise gear
Treadmills, benches and bikes handled by our crew, stairs and all.
General junk
Broken shelving, lamps and the back-corner pile all go with no sorting from you.
How we clear it
Send a photo or the unit size and we quote a flat price by the load, not by the hour. We meet you at the facility when you can get there, you point out what stays, and the rest goes on the truck. Our crew does all the lifting and carrying, then sweeps the unit. You pay the quoted price and nothing more.
- You keep access and rights; we never cut a lock
- All lifting and loading done by our crew
- Flat price by the load, quoted up front
- Reached from Plainfield via I-55 and Route 83
- Usable items donated, metal and cardboard recycled
- Floor swept for the handover

Questions
Often same-day or next-day when the schedule allows. Send a photo to (815) 240-0735 and we will set a time and a price by the load.
No. You need access and the right to empty the unit, so bring the key or have the facility open it, and we handle everything inside.
Clarendon Hills runs its curbside through the curbside program and does not publish a simple bulk-furniture program, so a whole unit does not fit the regular pickup. We take it all in one trip instead.
Those are the items a curbside program handles slowly or sends for special handling. We carry them straight out of the unit and recycle them where we can.
Along with Clarendon Hills we cover Hinsdale, Westmont, Downers Grove and Darien, all a short reach for our crew.
