Retail Store Cleanout
In Montgomery
Closing a Montgomery storefront? We empty the space in one visit, fixtures and stock, and leave it swept for the landlord.
The whole interior out in one trip
A closing store leaves behind a full build-out that has to be removed on a deadline. Shelving, counters, display units, signage and the stock that never sold all have to be gone before the lease ends. The trash pickup on a retail unit was meant for everyday bags, not a store's worth of fixtures at once, so routine collection cannot clear it in time. We bring a crew and a dump trailer and do the whole carry-out. You hand back an empty, swept space.
Montgomery straddles Kane and Kendall counties along the Fox River, with its retail concentrated on the Orchard Road and Route 31 corridors near Aurora and Oswego. We run out from Plainfield and reach those shopping strips without a long haul, so a unit in a busy plaza or a standalone shop is an easy stop for our truck. We can schedule after the store closes when that suits the center, and same-day is open when the calendar allows.
What we haul from a Montgomery store
Shelving & gondolas
Gondola rows and wall shelving get broken down and loaded so the floor sits bare.
Display fixtures
Glass cases, feature tables, clothing rounds and the stands your product sat on all leave together.
Register counters
The checkout wrap and rear service desk come out whole or in pieces, cords and brackets pulled too.
Signage & banners
Interior signs, light boxes and window vinyl come down and ride out in the trailer.
Stockroom buildup
Spent pallets, bent shelving, step stools and the clutter behind the stockroom door get cleared.
Unsold stock
Remaining product and packaging go out; usable goods are donated and metal and cardboard recycled.
How a Montgomery cleanout goes
Text photos of the floor and the back and we price the whole thing in one flat number, by the load rather than by the hour. Our crew does all the lifting, so you keep your hands free for the movers and the landlord. Good fixtures and stock head to donation and the recyclables are set aside. We sweep the unit so it is ready for the walkthrough. What we quote is what you pay, with nothing added at the end.
- Flat by-the-load pricing
- Crew does all carrying
- After-close clears available
- Swept before we leave
- Donate and recycle what we can
- Insured, family-run team

We do, from a busy plaza unit to a standalone shop, working around center hours and dock access.
By the load, based on the space the fixtures and junk take in the trailer. We quote that up front and it does not change.
Usable items are donated, metal and cardboard are recycled, and the rest is disposed of properly. The unit is left swept.
