More table than you can carry
A slate pool table is deceptive. It looks like furniture, but the playing surface is three slabs of quarried slate, each one 150 to 250 pounds, bolted down to a heavy frame. We pull the rails and felt, carry out the slate slab by slab, and break down the cabinet and legs so the whole thing leaves the house.
