Whole-floor cubicle teardown, off-hours
A big office means a big teardown, and a full floor of cubicles is a job in itself before you even reach the desks and files. The panels are bolted, the workstations are heavy, and it is far past what the building's waste service will take. We break the cubicles down and clear the whole floor in one coordinated job. Your people keep their hours and the space is ready for the next layout.
Schaumburg is a busy Cook County office hub near the Jane Addams Tollway, Golf Road and the Woodfield area, and we reach it via I-355 and across on I-90. A village curbside route is set up for household carts on a collection day and will not take a commercial floor of cubicles and desks. Our crew works the loading dock and freight elevator and handles the lifting. We schedule evenings and weekends, carry a certificate of insurance for the property manager, and offer same-day pickup when the schedule allows.

How a whole-floor clearout works
We price the job from photos or a floor plan before we show up. We coordinate dock and elevator times, protect the floors on the way out, and our crew breaks the cubicles down and carries it all to the truck. We leave the floor swept for the refresh or the next tenant. You pay by the load, quoted up front, with nothing added at the end.
- Whole-floor cubicle teardown by our crew
- Dock and freight-elevator coordination
- Certificate of insurance for the property manager
- Floors and elevators protected
- Priced by the load, not the hour
- Usable furniture donated, metal and electronics recycled
