Workstation and furniture removal in Frankfort
What makes a cubicle floor hard to clear is that it was assembled to stay. The panels bolt into one another, cables feed through the bases, and each desk has bins and a pedestal that must come off first. Our crew takes it apart methodically, pulls the desks and rolls out the chairs, and clears the filing cabinets and shelving. You are left with an open, swept floor and no leftover pile to sort.
Frankfort sits in Will County with its well-known historic downtown and commercial frontage along LaGrange Road and US 30, with I-80 close by for the business areas on the edge of town. We come down from Plainfield on a short run and can often schedule same-day. Suites in the older downtown blocks and newer spaces along the highways each move differently, so we check access and plan the carry out before move day.
What we clear from a Frankfort office
Cubicle systems
Bolted panel runs taken apart and flattened for a tight load.
Overhead bins
Storage bins and shelves lifted off before the frames come down.
Desks
Office desks, L-returns and reception counters out without marking the walls.
Seating
Task chairs, guest chairs and old executive seating, all counted in.
Filing cabinets
Vertical and lateral files and storage cabinets, heavy ones handled by us.
Bookcases and tables
Shelving, lunchroom tables and large meeting tables taken in the same load.
How the clear-out runs
Text a photo or a station count and we quote one flat price by the trailer room the load needs. There is no hourly rate and nothing added at the end, the quote is what you pay. Our crew comes with the tools, does the full breakdown, and handles all the lifting out. Furniture in usable shape is donated where a charity can use it, and the metal and cardboard are recycled.
