Office Cleanout
In Downers Grove
Moving or consolidating a Downers Grove office? We clear the furniture, cubicles and electronics in one visit so the floor is ready.
Ready for the handover
Consolidating floors or moving buildings leaves a surplus of furniture that has to disappear, and moving it is not your team's job. It is ours. We clear the desks, the cubicle rows, the cabinets, the conference tables and the breakroom in one visit while your people stay on task. We quote a flat price by the load up front, and that is the number you pay.
Downers Grove carries one of the larger office markets in DuPage County, strung along I-88 and the Butterfield Road and Finley Road corridors, and it is a quick run from Plainfield up I-55 to I-355. Those corporate buildings run private waste contracts, not the village residential route, and the dumpster on the dock handles daily trash, not an entire floor of workstations emptied at once. So the old furniture stacks up in a back suite. We bring the truck and take the whole load in a single stop.
What we remove from the floor
Desks and Workstations
Benching systems, private desks and reception stations. We carry them out whole or broken down to clear the exits.
Seating
Task chairs, conference chairs and overflow stacks. We load the entire count on one haul.
Filing and Storage
Lateral files, vertical cabinets and storage units. We lift the loaded steel so your staff does not.
Cubicle Systems
Panels, dividers and the hardware tying them together. We dismantle the stations and haul every piece.
Conference Tables
Boardroom tables, training tables and modular tops. We move the oversized pieces out cleanly.
Electronics and Breakroom
Monitors, printers, copiers, fridges and microwaves. We recycle the metal and route e-waste responsibly.
How a Downers Grove cleanout works
Send photos or give us the floor plan, and we set a flat by-the-load price before anything moves. We schedule after hours or on a weekend so your Downers Grove operation never stops. Our crew does the lifting, loading and sweep-out while you point out what stays. Usable furniture is donated and metal and cardboard are recycled.
