Office Cleanout
in Addison
We clear Addison offices and business-park front offices in one scheduled trip, lifting and hauling it all so your team does not have to.
Office Cleanout in Addison
When a business closes a location or consolidates into a smaller footprint, the furniture becomes a problem with a deadline. Desks, cabinets, chairs, and dead equipment have to be out before the keys go back, and there is rarely time or muscle on staff to do it. We bring the crew and the trailer and clear the office in one visit. The lifting, the carry-out, and the disposal are all on us.
Addison runs on a deep base of industrial and warehouse business, with front offices tucked into the parks off Army Trail Road and Swift Road, and we reach it via I-355. A company clearing out of one of those buildings has no municipal bulk service to use, since residential collection in town is built for homes and curbside carts. We bring the dump trailer to your door or dock and take the full load.
What We Take From Addison Offices
Desks and workstations
Office desks, benching, and reception counters, pulled apart and carried out of the suite or the warehouse office.
Cubicle panels
Partition walls and desk surfaces from a cubicle floor, broken down and stacked onto the trailer.
Seating
Rolling chairs, stacking chairs, and lobby seating, removed together when a floor empties at once.
Cabinets and files
Filing cabinets, storage cabinets, and shelving, hauled away, with sensitive files routed to a shredder on request.
Electronics
Computers, monitors, printers, and copiers, sent to an e-waste recycler since they cannot be landfilled in Illinois.
Breakroom gear
Lunchroom refrigerators, microwaves, water coolers, and the extra furniture a break area collects.
How It Works
Send photos or a quick description and we price the cleanout before we arrive. We schedule it around your business, after hours when that keeps the warehouse moving. The crew lifts everything, loads our dump trailer, and cleans up behind the work. The price is set by the load, quoted first, and it does not grow afterward.
