Office Cleanout
In Crest Hill
Downsizing or closing a Crest Hill office? We clear the furniture, cabinets and electronics in one visit so the floor is empty.
Empty floor, one trip
Shutting down or shrinking an office leaves a room full of furniture someone has to deal with. We deal with it, in one visit, taking the desks, the filing cabinets, the cubicle walls and the breakroom appliances while your staff stays on the job. We give you a flat price by the load before the first piece moves, and the price holds from quote to finish.
Crest Hill sits in Will County just north of Joliet along Route 30 and Weber Road, a short run for our crew out of Plainfield. The offices there run private commercial waste service rather than a city residential route, and a weekly dumpster cannot keep up with a floor full of workstations going out at once. So the old furniture gets shoved into a spare room until it piles high. We bring the truck and clear the whole thing in one stop.
What we clear out
Desks and Workstations
Office desks, counters and bullpen rows. We carry them out whole or take them apart to fit the door.
Chairs
Task chairs, guest chairs and the broken ones stacked in back. We load every one on the same haul.
Filing Cabinets
Vertical and lateral steel, loaded or empty. We handle the dead weight so your staff does not.
Cubicle Walls
Panels, dividers and connectors. We dismantle the system and haul it out piece by piece.
Conference Tables
Boardroom tables, training tables and side tables. We move the oversized tops out without damage.
Appliances and Electronics
Refrigerators, microwaves, monitors and printers. We recycle the metal and route e-waste responsibly.
How a Crest Hill cleanout works
Text photos or give us the room count, and we set a flat by-the-load price before we start. We book the visit for after hours or a weekend so your Crest Hill office keeps running. Our crew does the lifting, loading and final sweep while you point to what stays. Usable furniture goes to donation and metal and cardboard get recycled.
