Hoarding Cleanouts
in Aurora
A hoarding cleanout is never really about the stuff. Onit helps Aurora families through it with patience and zero judgment, sorting what matters, saving keepsakes, and clearing the rest at a pace that feels right.
Compassionate Hoarding Cleanouts in Aurora
If you are standing in an Aurora home wondering where to even begin, you are not alone, and you do not have to do it by yourself. Hoarding builds up over years, often quietly, and clearing it can feel overwhelming and deeply personal. Onit Junk Removal treats these jobs differently than an ordinary haul-away. We move room by room with respect, keep the belongings that matter to you, and never make anyone feel judged for how things got here.
We run regular routes through Aurora from our nearby Plainfield base, so we can meet for a private consultation quickly, whether the home is on the east side near Route 59, out west, or down through South Aurora. Some families want the whole house cleared in a couple of days; others need to take it slowly. Either way is fine, and we work on your terms.
A hoarding cleanout fills truck after truck, which is a different job from what the city's curbside program handles. Curbside tags each bulk item with its own sticker and wants five prepaid stickers on anything past fifty pounds, so a packed house never fits that route. We come in quietly, sort what stays from what goes, set aside anything worth donating, and keep hauling until the rooms are clear. We bring the crew and do the lifting, out of Plainfield.
What Our Aurora Hoarding Cleanout Includes
Every job starts with a free walk-through and a clear plan we build with you. From there we go room by room, sorting what you want to keep from what can go, setting aside documents, photos, and valuables, donating usable items to local charities where we can, and responsibly disposing of the rest. Basic cleaning of the cleared Aurora space is available too.

We walk the home with you and agree on a plan before anything moves.

Hoarding Cleanouts for Aurora's Homes and Apartments
Aurora is a big, varied city, and hoarding situations here look just as varied: an older home downtown that has held decades of belongings, an apartment where a lease turnover is looming, or a parent's house that adult children are trying to help with from out of town. Whatever the setting, we handle it the same way, with a clear plan, careful sorting, and complete discretion. Unmarked trucks are available on request so neighbors are never the wiser.
Who We Help in Aurora
We work with individuals, adult children helping aging parents, estate executors and attorneys, social workers, real estate agents, and Aurora landlords and property managers. If you are handling a hoarding situation for someone else, we coordinate sensitively and privately.
Discreet, Private Service
Privacy comes standard. We can arrive in unmarked vehicles, we work discreetly, and we handle every personal item and detail with care and confidentiality. What happens at your Aurora home stays there.
