Foreclosure Cleanout
In Romeoville
A vacant Romeoville property gets listed once it is empty. We clear every room, sweep it out, and lock the price for the whole load before we begin.
Foreclosure Trash-Outs for Romeoville Lenders
By the time a lender takes a property back, nobody has hauled anything out. The furniture is still in the rooms, the garage is stacked, and the kitchen is full. We clear the whole house for banks, REO asset managers, and agents getting it ready to list. Our crew carries every piece out, so your office handles none of it. We price it by the load before we start, with no hourly charge.
Romeoville's curbside service with one 96-gallon cart per home, and large items are not automatic at the curb. A resident has to log into the town's hauler site and submit a bulk pickup request, one batch at a time. A full foreclosed house would mean request after request stretched over weeks. We come straight up I-55 and Weber Road from Plainfield, near the Des Plaines River corridor, and clear the entire property in a single visit so the listing is not waiting on scheduled pickups.
What We Pull From a Romeoville Foreclosure
Furniture in Every Room
Couches, beds, dressers, and tables left behind. We haul them all so the home shows empty.
Appliances
Fridges, stoves, washers, and dryers. We disconnect and remove them, donating the working ones and recycling the rest.
Garage and Basement Junk
Tools, totes, old paint, and the piles stacked where the owner left off. We clear it to the walls.
Carpet and Flooring
Carpet, pad, and tile torn up and dropped. We roll it and load it.
Trash and Clothing
Bagged garbage, full closets, and spoiled food from a dead fridge. We empty it for the file.
Yard and Exterior Debris
Grills, patio junk, and brush around the lot. We take the outside with the inside.
How the Romeoville Cleanout Works
Send us the address and photos, or the lockbox code to walk it ourselves. You get a flat price for the load before the crew rolls, so the number is set. We do all the lifting and loading, then sweep the rooms. We send photos of the empty house for your file, and we clear only properties the client is authorized to release.
- Flat load price before we start
- Full lift and load by our crew
- Swept out when we finish
- Empty-house photos for your file
- Donations and metal recycling handled
- Insured, family-run, not a franchise
