Eviction Cleanout
In Woodridge
Tenant gone and the unit still full? We clear it top to bottom in one trip so you can re-rent. Text photos for a fast price.
Empty the unit and move on
When an eviction wraps up you are left holding a unit full of someone else's furniture, trash and belongings, and every empty day costs you rent. We clear it so you do not have to. The crew loads the couches, the mattresses, the kitchen leftovers and the garbage bags, then leaves the floors swept. You confirm you have legal possession of the unit, and we handle everything inside in one visit.
Woodridge sits off I-55 and Route 53 in DuPage County near Bolingbrook, Lisle and Downers Grove, a quick run for us from Plainfield. The town's hauler serves the village, and the big curbside chance for bulk is Clean-Up Week, the first full week of October, when single-family customers can set out unlimited refuse. Outside that one week, items beyond the cart are capped at 35 gallons and 50 pounds. A unit you need cleared in June cannot wait until October, so we haul the whole load off now.
What we pull from a Woodridge unit
Furniture
Couches, dressers, tables and bed frames left behind, carried out without scuffing the walls.
Mattresses
Mattresses and box springs from every bedroom, loaded and disposed of properly.
Appliances
Refrigerators, stoves, washers and dryers the tenant abandoned, disconnected and hauled.
Trash and clothing
Bags of garbage, spoiled food and loose clothes from a hurried move-out.
Basement and garage
A full basement or packed garage emptied so the whole property is clear.
Full-unit clears
Studio to full house, we price the whole load so it is ready for cleaners.
How a Woodridge cleanout works
Call or text once the keys are back and send photos if you can. We price the full load by the room it takes in the trailer, and that quote is what you pay, no hourly clock. The crew does all the lifting and stairs, so you never touch a box. Usable furniture is donated and metal and cardboard are recycled.
