Eviction Cleanout
In Lisle
When a tenant leaves the whole apartment behind, we clear it out fast and discreet so you can turn it around.
A Rentable Unit Again
The eviction is over, but the cleanup is just starting. You are looking at furniture left in every room, trash bags piling up, and personal items a tenant abandoned. That is not a job for one person and a pickup truck. Our crew clears the entire unit in one visit so you can move straight to cleaning and showing.
Lisle sits along the I-88 corridor in DuPage County, a straightforward run north from Plainfield. The town's hauler has been the village's exclusive residential hauler since 2024, and its big bulk window is the Community Cleanup Day, where stickers are required on the first five items. Running a full unit through a once-a-year event or sticker-by-sticker pickups would stall your turnover for weeks. We clear the whole apartment on your schedule in a single trip.
What We Clear Out
Left-Behind Furniture
Sofas, beds, desks, and shelving the tenant did not take. We carry each piece out so nothing is left for you to move.
Mattresses and Box Springs
Old mattresses and bedding from every bedroom. We remove them and donate the ones still in good shape.
Trash and Loose Debris
Bagged garbage, spoiled food, and scattered mess. We bag what is loose and haul the rest.
Appliances and Electronics
Microwaves, TVs, and a fridge left running. We disconnect and remove them, recycling metal and e-waste properly.
Storage and Closet Clutter
Packed closets, a loaded basement, and a crowded garage. We empty them in the same visit.
Boxes and Belongings
Clothing, paperwork, and boxes abandoned in the move-out. Once possession is confirmed, it all goes.
The Way We Work
Send photos of the unit and we will reply with one flat price for the whole job. We bill by how much room the load takes in the trailer, never by the hour, and the quote holds with nothing added later. Our crew brings the truck and does all the lifting, room by room. You get the unit back swept and ready for your turnover team.
