Eviction Cleanout
In Willowbrook
A unit left stuffed with furniture and junk gets emptied in one visit, so you can turn it and rent again. Send photos for a quick price.
From full unit to rent-ready
A tenant leaves and you are left with a unit full of furniture, trash and whatever would not fit in the moving truck. We clear it so your make-ready can start right away. The crew loads the beds, the couches, the kitchen clutter and the garbage, then leaves the place swept. You confirm you have legal possession of the unit, and we handle everything inside it in one visit.
Willowbrook sits off Route 83 and I-55 in DuPage County near Burr Ridge and Darien, a short run for us from Plainfield. The town's hauler provides weekly refuse and recycling here on the regular route, which keeps up with everyday household trash but is not built to swallow a whole emptied rental. Staging a full unit out across those weekly collection days would leave the place off the market far too long. We load the entire job at once so your unit is clear and showable now.
What we clear from a Willowbrook unit

Sofas, dressers, tables and bed frames the tenant left, carried out whole and careful.
Mattresses
Mattresses and box springs from every bedroom, loaded and disposed of properly.
Appliances
Refrigerators, stoves and laundry units left in place, disconnected and hauled off.
Trash and clutter
Bagged garbage, loose clothing and the scattered leftovers of a move-out.
Closets and garage
Packed closets, storage and garage space emptied down to bare floors.
Whole-unit loads
One bedroom to a full house, we price the complete clear at once.
How a Willowbrook cleanout works
Call or text once the unit is yours and send photos if you can. We quote the full load by the space it takes in the trailer, and the number we give is what you pay, no hourly billing. Our crew does all the carrying and lifting, so you stay hands-off. Usable items are donated and metal and cardboard are recycled.
- One price by the load
- Same-day when the schedule allows
- All lifting on us
- Insured, proof on request
- Usable items donated
- Floors broom-clean
