Eviction Cleanout
In Willow Springs
When a tenant leaves everything behind, we empty the unit in one trip so you can re-rent. Text photos for a straight price.
Clear it out and re-rent
An eviction cleanout is a unit full of someone else's furniture, trash and forgotten things, and it will not move on its own. We handle it so you can get on with the turn. Our crew loads the couches, the mattresses, the kitchen leftovers and the garbage bags, then leaves the floors swept. You confirm you have legal possession of the unit, and we clear everything inside it in a single visit.
Willow Springs sits along the Des Plaines River and the old I&M Canal in Cook County near Lemont and Justice, and we reach it from Plainfield down Archer Avenue without much trouble. The town's hauler is the village hauler and lets residents set out one bulk item per week on the regular service day, with heavier pieces needing a scheduled special pickup. A whole emptied unit is dozens of items, so on that pace it would clear across months. We load the full job in one trip instead.

Appliances
Refrigerators, stoves and laundry machines the tenant left, disconnected and hauled.

Full units
One bedroom or a whole house, we price the full clear at once.
How a Willow Springs cleanout works
Reach out once you have the unit and text photos if you can. We price the whole load by the room it takes in the trailer, and the quote is the price, no hourly clock. Our crew does all the lifting, the heavy pieces included, so you never strain your back. Usable items are donated and metal and cardboard are recycled.
- Flat price by the load
- Same-day when the schedule allows
- We do all the lifting
- Insured, proof on request
