Eviction Cleanout
In Romeoville
Tenant gone and the unit still full? We clear it top to bottom in one trip so you can re-rent. Text photos for a fast price.
Empty the unit and move on
An eviction leaves you with a unit full of someone else's furniture, trash and forgotten belongings, and every empty day costs you rent. We clear it so you do not have to. Beds, couches, bags of garbage, a kitchen full of clutter, we load it all and sweep up. You confirm you have legal possession of the unit, and our crew handles everything inside in one visit.
Romeoville is a straight shot for us up Route 53 and I-55 from Plainfield, right next door really. The town's hauler is the village hauler, with each home on a 96-gallon cart, and bulky items are not automatic at the curb at all. You have to set up an account and submit a bulk pickup request, one batch at a time. A whole emptied unit means request after request stretched across weeks, so we skip all that and clear the full load in a single trip.
What we pull from a Romeoville unit
Furniture
Couches, dressers, tables and bed frames left behind, carried out without dinging the walls.
Mattresses
Mattresses and box springs from every bedroom, loaded and disposed of properly.
Appliances
Refrigerators, stoves, washers and dryers the tenant abandoned, disconnected and hauled.
Trash and clothing
Bagged garbage, loose clothes and the leftovers of a quick move-out.
Garage and storage
Packed garages, closets and storage units emptied to bare space.
Full-unit clears
Studio to full house, we price the whole load so it is ready for cleaners.
How a Romeoville cleanout works
Call or text as soon as the unit is back and send photos if you can. We price the full load by the space it fills in the trailer, and that quote is what you pay, no hourly clock. The crew does all the lifting and stairs, so you stay hands-off. Usable items go to donation and metal and cardboard go to recycling.
- Flat price by the load
- Same-day when the schedule allows
- We do all the lifting
