Eviction Cleanout
In Oswego
A unit left stuffed with furniture and junk gets emptied in one visit, so you can turn it and rent it. Send photos for a quick number.
Empty the unit, start the turn
After an eviction the last thing you want is to spend a week hauling a stranger's belongings down the stairs yourself. That is our job. We clear the furniture, the clothes, the half-packed boxes and the trash, right down to bare floors. You confirm you have legal possession of the unit, and we handle everything inside it in a single visit so the make-ready crew can get moving.
Oswego sits along the Fox River in Kendall County, an easy run for us up Route 34 from Plainfield. The town's hauler collects here, and the curbside deal is one bulk item or one cubic yard of debris per week. A whole left-behind apartment is many cubic yards, which on that schedule turns into month after month of weekly set-outs while your unit stays off the market. We clear the entire load in one trip instead, so you re-rent now, not in the fall.
What we clear from an Oswego unit
Furniture
Sofas, tables, dressers and bed frames left behind, taken out whole without banging up the doorways.
Mattresses
Mattresses and box springs from every room, loaded up and disposed of the right way.
Appliances
Refrigerators, washers, dryers and stoves the tenant abandoned, disconnected and hauled off.
Trash and clothing
Bagged garbage, loose clothes and the pile of stuff nobody bothered to pack.
Basement and garage
A cluttered basement or a packed garage emptied so the whole property is clear.
Full units
Single room to full house, we price the complete load so it is ready to show.
How an Oswego cleanout goes
Call or text once the keys are back and send photos if you have them. We quote the whole load by the space it fills in the trailer, and that price holds, no hourly meter. Our crew does all the lifting and stair work so you stay out of it. Usable items get donated and metal and cardboard get recycled, so the clear is done right.
- Load-based flat price
- Same-day when the schedule allows
- We carry it all out
- Insured, proof on request
- Usable goods donated
- Floors broom-swept
