Eviction Cleanout
In Mokena
When a tenant leaves the whole unit behind, we clear it out fast and quietly so you can turn it around.
A Clean Unit, Ready to List
The eviction is settled, but the unit is still full of someone else's furniture, trash, and leftover belongings. Hauling that out piece by piece is the kind of work that keeps an apartment vacant for weeks. Our crew clears the whole unit in one visit, handling the lifting and the disposal so you can go straight to cleaning and showing.
Mokena is a Will County village we reach from Plainfield by heading southeast on I-80 toward Route 30 and LaGrange Road. The town's hauler runs the residential trash route here, and like any curbside program it is built for a household's weekly garbage, not a full apartment emptied all at once. Clearing a whole unit that way would mean many weeks of pickups while the place sits. We load all of it in a single trip.
What We Clear
Furniture Left Behind
Sofas, beds, dressers, and dining sets the tenant did not take. We carry each piece out whole or broken down.
Mattresses and Linens
Mattresses, box springs, and bundles of linens from each bedroom. Usable ones are donated.
Bagged and Loose Trash
Garbage, spoiled food, and scattered clutter in every room. We bag the loose stuff and haul the rest.
Appliances
A fridge, stove, or washer left running or hooked up. We disconnect, haul, and recycle the metal.
Basement and Garage Junk
Tools, paint, and boxes crammed into storage. We empty them in the same visit.
Abandoned Belongings
Clothing, paperwork, and boxes left in the move-out. Once possession is confirmed, it all comes out.
The Way It Works
Text a few photos of the unit and we will reply with one flat price for the whole job. We bill by the space the load takes, not by the hour, and the quote holds with nothing added afterward. Our crew brings the trailer, does all the carrying across every room, and leaves the floors swept. You get the unit back empty and ready for your turnover crew.
- Flat price up front
- No hourly billing
- Whole unit in one visit
- Quick, discreet work
- Donations and recycling handled
- Insured, family-run

How It Works
Get the Price
We size it by how much trailer it fills and give you the number before we start. That number holds.
We Haul It and Sweep Up
The crew carries everything out, loads it, and sweeps the floor before we leave.

Questions
We serve Mokena from Plainfield and can often come same-day when the schedule allows. Call or text (815) 240-0735 with the address for a price.
The weekly residential service is sized for a household's normal garbage, not a full apartment cleared at once. Running a whole unit through it would take weeks. We load all of it in one visit.
Yes, in the same trip. Appliances on a curbside route usually need separate handling that slows your turnover. We pull them with the rest of the load.
We cover New Lenox, Frankfort, Tinley Park, and the surrounding southwest suburbs from our Plainfield base.
Only confirmation that you have legal possession of the unit and the right to dispose of its contents. We handle the labor and disposal.
