Eviction Cleanout
In Joliet
When a tenant leaves a unit full of their stuff, we clear it all out fast and discreet so you can get it rented again.
From Full Unit to Ready to List
Property managers know the drill after an eviction. The keys come back, you open the door, and there is a full apartment of furniture, trash, and whatever the tenant decided not to take. Sorting and hauling that yourself eats days you do not have. We handle the whole thing, top to bottom, and leave you an empty unit.
Joliet is a short run south of Plainfield off I-55 and I-80, so we get to jobs here quickly. The town's hauler collects trash in a single 96-gallon cart and takes large items only by separate request, one at a time, and C&D or cleanout debris is not accepted in the regular cart at all. Running a full unit through that would be weeks of scheduled pickups while the apartment sits empty. We clear it in one visit and haul it straight out.
What Comes Out of the Unit
Abandoned Furniture
Sofas, tables, beds, and shelving the tenant left in place. Our crew breaks it down where needed and carries it out.
Mattresses and Box Springs
Worn mattresses and bedding from every room. We remove them and donate what is still usable.
Trash and Household Garbage
Full bags, rotting food, and loose debris across the floors. We clear it so the unit does not sit smelling for weeks.
Appliances and Electronics
Microwaves, TVs, and a fridge left running. We disconnect and remove them, recycling metal and e-waste the right way.
Closet and Storage Clutter
Packed closets, a loaded basement, and a garage full of leftovers. We empty all of it in one pass.
Boxes and Personal Items
Clothes, paperwork, and boxes left in the move-out. Once possession is confirmed, it all goes.
The Cleanout Process
Send us photos of the unit and we return a flat, all-in price. We charge by how much space the load takes in the trailer, not by the hour, and the price we quote is the price you pay. Our crew brings the truck, does every bit of the lifting, and clears the unit room by room. You get it back swept out and ready for your turnover crew.
- All-in flat price up front

Questions
We serve Joliet from nearby Plainfield and can often get out same-day when the schedule allows. Call or text (815) 240-0735 with the address.
The town's hauler gives each home one 96-gallon cart and takes bulk items only by request, one at a time, with no cleanout debris in the regular cart. A full unit would take weeks that way. We load it all at once.
We remove them with everything else. On the curbside route appliances need their own scheduled pickup, which delays your turnover. We take the fridge and the rest in the same visit.
We work throughout Will County, including Crest Hill, Lockport, Shorewood, and Rockdale, all reachable from our Plainfield base.
Only that you hold legal possession of the unit and the authority to clear its contents. We take care of the labor and disposal from there.
