We remove couches, sectionals, and recliners from Darien homes, carrying every pound so you do not have to.
Couch and sofa pickup in Darien
An old sofa is one of those jobs that waits for months because moving it alone is a genuine strain. We cover Darien off I-55 and Cass Avenue, show up with the crew and padding, and take the couch out without you touching the heavy end. Two-story homes, finished basements, and tight stairwells are all part of a normal day. You decide what is leaving and we handle the lift.
The town's hauler handles Darien's trash, and every bulk item has to be called in and paid for ahead of time, furniture at ten dollars each, set out by 6 a.m. on your trash day or it gets left. The city also runs a free spring bulk pickup, but only one appointment per home per year and only for a short window. A sectional is several bulk pieces, so the fees and scheduling pile up quickly. We take the whole couch from the room, no appointment window to beat, the same visit when we can.
Couches and sofas we take in Darien
Couches and sofas
Fabric or leather, standard or pull-out. We carry it out whole and leave the floor clean.
Sectionals
A sectional is several bulk pieces, each a separate scheduled fee at the curb. We load the full set in one trip.
Sleeper sofas
The hide-a-bed frame is solid steel and heavy. We take the turns carefully so the walls stay clean.
Recliners and loveseats
Recliners snag and loveseats are dense. We move both without marking your trim.
Futons
Frame folds, mattress comes off, and both ride out together.
Basement and upstairs couches
Lower levels and second floors are routine. We carry it up or down and protect the corners.
