Basement Cleanouts
in Lombard
A full Lombard basement is far more than the curbside sticker program clears one tag at a time. We carry every piece up and out.
Basement Cleanouts in Lombard, IL
Basements collect the stuff that has nowhere else to go. Old furniture, holiday boxes, kids' outgrown gear, and whatever got shoved down there and forgotten. Onit clears finished and unfinished basements across Lombard and hauls it all up and out.
The hard part of a basement is the stairs, and that is our job, not yours. We carry every piece up and out, including heavy old furniture and water-damaged goods that need to go. You just point out what stays.
Lombard has plenty of homes with finished basements, from the older places near downtown to the ones along the Metra UP-West line. Whether yours is a finished rec room or a damp storage cellar, we work the stairs carefully and leave the space clear.
What We Handle in Lombard
Dated furniture
Couches, recliners, and shelving hauled up from the basement, no matter how heavy.
Storage and boxes
Years of stored boxes, totes, and forgotten bins cleared out for good.
Water-damaged goods
Items ruined by a leak or a wet floor removed so the space can dry and be reused.
Exercise equipment
Treadmills and weight sets carried up the stairs and loaded for you.
Old electronics
Dead TVs, stereo gear, and outdated electronics taken away and recycled.
General basement junk
The catch-all pile that took over the room, cleared in one visit.
We handle the stairs
The reason basement junk sits for years is the staircase. Our crew does all the up-and-down carrying so a heavy old sofa is our problem, not your back.
We protect the stairwell walls and railings on the way up so clearing the basement does not leave marks behind.
Finished or unfinished
A finished basement gets treated with care for the flooring and trim. An unfinished one we just clear fast and thorough.
Either way you end up with an empty, usable space, whether you are reclaiming a rec room or emptying a storage cellar before a sale.

We can. We haul out furniture, boxes, and materials ruined by a leak or wet floor so the space can dry out and be reused. Note that we remove the damaged contents, we are not a drying or restoration company.
Yes. Many Lombard homes have finished basements, and we treat the flooring, trim, and walls with care while we clear the room. We plan the path up the stairs to avoid scuffs and marks.
It is priced by how much your items fill the truck, quoted before we begin. A few pieces cost less than a fully packed basement, and you get the number in advance.
